Tracking blues: the dawn of modern blues rock

Blues It seems this kind of music is hard to be these days, especially when you're 20 years old but one of my hobbies. Several other species can be proud of such feelings pure purely her rawest form. I came to blues through modern rock, and weird. Increase in grunge and post grunge era heard a lot of rock and, more recently, lane garage rock. After listening to the white lines and strokes, and I re-discovered classic rock, garage rock, rock and roll and once earlier. There and found the effects of rock and roll and blues.
By tracing the history of a small depression over the years and hope to help others discover this amazing and helps maintain a master's degree in early blues alive in the Holy Spirit. This is just a guide as part of course nobody can comply fully possible proportions. Most of them stressed that music artists have affected me, and promotion of this kind, and kept alive the spirit of the blues.
Q: It is important to understand a little background of what people like blues. Blues is usually the story, and usually pain or mild pain story several concerns. And initially started blues music artists on the streets of south and sang songs often hand off to tell a story or even preach religious messages. This idea of the story is easy to relate to is largely a remedy them. Everybody can identify with the pain of lost love and even that is often used as a basis for more blues songs. Not only do people relate to it, but its content creates a dynamic show, which comes from the soul and raw emotion. People are often inspired by stories of blues songs "to enter into" music, and this leads, in many cases to develop improvisation has also become emotionally linked to performance performers. Left this has not changed since its inception. This is what I like blues, and after listening to thousands of different segments and types of music and will continue to play and to listen more blues.
At the beginning: In early 1800, when blues. African-Americans from South to pass down oral music, and quickly intertwined with popular music of America at that time. This combination has produced some of the musicians, blues and original recordings. Featuring acoustic guitars and simple folk songs, these artists sang, often about what I know from a difficult life, and religion. In the 20s and 30s by artists such as Charley Patton, Lonnie Johnson, Son House and others from some of the Blues 'original' records. These presentations and recordings are often rough and raw improvisation debt as possible so they can be difficult to access. The following are among the best this time: Son House, who take on blues, folk and so intense and emotional record that rivals any other musical in nature, even to this day, Blind Willie McTell, who served as Guitar is a unique complex, and a tradition since then, to Blind Lemon Jefferson, the gospel blues voice of nature and a preacher oil may tingle the spine, and Leadbelly, who, though known more as a folk musician, together by Wood Guthrie, and wrote some of the most influential in American music history.
Embodiment: When talking about the blues seem to only one man ever come to mind as the embodiment of absolute kind, passionate, and lifestyle: Robert Johnson. Considered by many to be the absolute summit of its kind, and which has roots in many instances in his life, mystery and legend. It was Johnson, playing and recording in the '30s and '40s with Son House and others, tells us to become better in blues guitar, sold his soul to the devil at the crossroads (written later, songs and many other myths). With classics like "Sweet Home Chicago", "Love in vain" and "rest stop", all covered by many other musicians, music Johnson can be seen as the cornerstone of all the blues, which was built at a later date. Simply, if you know the Blues and Robert Johnson, and not know the blues.
Electrification: In 1950, after developing the first electric guitars and amplifiers, has acquired a new generation of blues players. Electric guitar and will remain Tool box for years to come in such blues pioneers, but the original is still produced some of the best music ever. electric blue, also became more diversified, based on geography and patterns in Texas and Chicago are significantly different. Chicago blues is a form more familiar blues appeared with top artists such as muddy water, Howlin Wolf, Willie Dixon Guy friends raise the bar for the new standard for blues, where the focus was on himself, passion, intensity and raw beginnings of rock and roll. Blues to Texas was more twangy blues influenced country club in Chicago. great artists, including Albert Collins, Freddie King, T-Bone Walker, Lightning Hopkins. Personal favorites of mine include friends Guy, Elmore James, T-Bone Walker, Willie Dixon.
KING: And one of the most influential guitarist of all time, BB King can not be set automatically, without thinking about the blues. One of the most successful blues artists, is also known as BB King to cross the border in different types, including rock and roll, jazz and country. Contributing to guitarists everywhere-in wide. Known for his sensitive style, the aim being not to play super fast or super strong, but most likely from the spirit and passion. With "Lucille" (Guitar King) has developed powers of music that sounds as if they, themselves, on guitar, singing and crying. His music has come along way from the Blues Masters at the beginning but throughout his career, and music always seems to be just the emotion flow. If passion is a measure of success for the blues, BB King, and is definitely king.
Master, God, and rocking and: In 1960, there was a musical revolution going on as it was discovered old blues records of the younger generation. To foster this development some of the most influential artists of all time. Not classified as blues players generally can not be in this in-kind contributions are updated.
Office: In the late 60s, probably the greatest guitarist of all those who have or will have reached the stage of life: Jimmy Hendrix. Hendricks and music firmly in the world of rock and roll in the late 1960s, but is designed to play on play guitar for the past masters. He was known gems emotional Hendrix reflect an exceptional performance and outs of a solo on stage, including noise and impromptu meetings, and playing guitar with his teeth and lit on fire. However, in the simplest of songs Hendrix blues guitar can make you scream, faint or cry at the emotional song. Although not primarily blues player, he helped Jimmy Hendrix, along with other artists, to revitalize the blues, jazz and the introduction of rock and roll new concepts and expand this type remain loyal to it.
God Considered by many as a guitar God of his time, Eric Clapton and his music is responsible for most of the blues revival in the 1960s. Purest blues and Clapton music is true to the initial electric blues in most cases, but also expanded to include the flavors of country, reggae and psychedelic folk. Cream, Derek and the Dominoes Clapton solo record 70s committed to record some of the most famous rock and roll, blues and solos of all time. A take on the new Robert Johnson classics such as "Crossroads" has helped a new generation to discover the great artists of the past. Whether you're new to the blues or not, when it comes to doubt a memorable and powerful guitar playing that there was "Clapton is God."
Rocker: He was also 1960 other young blues player who will have this as a basis for new form of music. It took Jimmy Page and Led Zeppelin blues rock stadium powerful and emotional, and paved the way for the first heavy metal artists. Choose a balloon under the leadership of Led Zeppelin, and was faithful to the traditions of blues, but unlike Clapton, Jimi Hendrix, reaching stopped when he died. And amps turned to 10 and played hard and smartly / versions of traditional songs, and re-writing the heavy blues rock and roll. Led balloon proved to be a great force in the 1970s led by Jimmy Page guitar work, which ranged from traditional folk and blues roots, the pioneer of heavy blues, metal all the way first and hard rock sounds. While innovative, it is hard to miss the traditional blues behind most Led Zeppelin songs. Even the most violent music to follow its progress, and there are traces of blues influence.
These three artists representing three favorite artists of all time. Although it is well known and mainstream classic rock, and all three profound effects on how the blues can be seen for generations to come are often ignored.
And Mohi: After the break up of Led Zeppelin blues continued to stick some of their colleagues, classic rock (Aerosmith, AC / DC), but not as much as is the case with new teams. In the 1980s, however, there was a new guitarist on stage, to stimulate and inspire a new generation of blues artists. Stevie Ray Vaughan on both, and revitalized the blues from the 80s and 90s. Texas blues style that combines traditional forms of blues shuffles, Texas, and parts of the jazz flourishes, Vaughan helped restore blues to the mainstream. Although his life was cut short, and its impact was significant in helping to mention the name of rock guitarists who have had the blues, where it all began. Music and blues revival, but also showed to everyone that not only can make you cry the blues, but can make you clap your hands, Stomp your feet and dance like rock and roll. Stevie Ray Vaughan is a must for any fans or blues guitarist in their childhood.
November descendants: 1990 and 2000 witnessed both the birth and death of grunge and garage rock revival more than a novelty. When it comes to grunge Kurt Cobain was the driving force. Although grunge was a combination of methods, in the heart of nature is emotional and powerful, such as blues. Cobain was an artist's emotional as any blues influence was close. The two were his band, Nirvana, and was known to cover Leadbelly Led Zeppelin and even their daily life, showing that, despite some grunge lack of ego and feel of traditional blues, and somehow cut from the same cloth. With garage rock revival in the post-grunge was a new team as lead. The White Stripes are the Blues, who both pushed to new territories, and come full circle. The stripped down sound and covering some of the old blues musicians (son of House, Leadbelly), White Stripes effectively return to blues roots. Meanwhile, Jack White, guitarist uses a heavily overdriven guitar, and the minimum raw sound reminiscent of early punk (Stooges, Velvet Underground and the Ramones). This combination has the blues artists of the early, and gives a whole new way, such as Eric Clapton and Jimmy Page has done in previous years. White Stripes have established an effective system of pioneering, and returned to blues and roots rock and roll in a low deviation. Although both of these bands are not traditional blues, I heard the blues influence in each of them, and listen to their music, is what leads me on my way to cancel the original blues artists.
In summary: I think safe to say that the blues will never die as there will always be musicians and fans ready to continue this tradition. For this article and hope to introduce some people who are new to this genre, or even seasoned blues veterans, some new ideas and new methods which maintain the spirit of the blues alive. As a result, fans of the blues, and I hope some people can develop new music to love this as much as me and look forward to taking on this new future.
